Gluten Free Cooking & Baking course

 

Join me for a five-session course on gluten-free cooking and baking at National Park College. “Gluten Free Cooking & Baking” will cover the basics of a gluten-free lifestyle including: how to read a food label, how to navigate a restaurant menu, how to make substitutions in your favorite recipes, tips and tricks for gluten-free baking and live cooking demonstrations.

Classes meet at the National Park College Community & Corporate Training building, 101 College Drive. There is a $10 fee due at the first class to cover ingredients for the cooking and baking demonstrations.
